You will need the following information handy when filling out the Golden Lighting Credit Application:

- Company Information (i.e. name, DBA name, addresses, contact info)
- Banking Information
- At least 4 favorable trade references
- Signature accepting our terms & Conditions
- A copy of your Resale certificate
