You will need the following information handy when filling out the Golden Lighting Credit Application:

  • Company Information (i.e. name, DBA name, addresses, contact info)
  • Banking Information
  • At least 4 favorable trade references
  • Signature accepting our terms & Conditions
  • A copy of your Resale certificate
